The ceiling light carries the room's base lighting and acts as a focal point. Over a dining table, allow 60–70 cm between the tabletop and the lower edge of the fitting.

The finish is Polished Nickel With Natural Paper Shade. The materials are nickel & chrome.

It measures 40.7 cm in width and 40.7 cm in height. It weighs 5.9 kg — worth checking against the ceiling fixing before installation. Lead time is 2-8 weeks. The size is balanced for normal ceiling heights and works over most dining tables without dominating.

We recommend the Caged Small lantern for hallways and living rooms. We recommend a dimmable bulb with a warm colour temperature, around 2700 K. That is where brass and nickel render their tones best.

At Visual Comfort & Co. the finishes are applied by hand, which means no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Small variations in the surface are intentional and part of the character. Eric Cohler is one of the designers the house works with.

Unsure about the size?
