With a textured surface, Allan sits firmly within Larsen's design language.

The pattern repeat is 15.0 cm, which makes it a small repeat. The small scale keeps the pattern discreet enough to carry an entire room. The pattern is a straight match, which simplifies making up. Allan comes in 6 colourways — Sand, Linen, Ebony and Ocean, among others. The difference between them is greater than you might think — the same pattern can give you either a muted or a light room.

Allan is part of Allan - Spr 22 from Larsen.

The fabric is 150 cm wide and woven in a linen blend. At 30 000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it comfortably withstands upholstery use in the home.

The pattern works particularly well in living rooms and bedrooms. The look carries a classic poise, timelessness and a closeness to nature, with a very light overall tone. Large-scale motifs come into their own on curtains and larger surfaces, less so on cushions and details.

You may wish to order a sample before you decide — printed colours behave differently on a wall than on a screen.
