morris-co-tyg-brunswick
Brunswick Fabric — Morris & Co

Brunswick from Morris & Co is built around a plain surface, drawn with the wealth of detail that characterises the house's design. The house was founded in 1861 as Morris, Marshall, Faulkner & Co.

The pattern repeat is 1.0 cm, which makes it a small repeat. From a distance, the pattern reads almost as a texture rather than a motif. A straight match makes the fabric uncomplicated to make up. Brunswick is available in 10 colourways — Teal, Bottle, Carmine and Evergreen, among others. Feel free to take home several samples. The same drawing can come across entirely differently depending on the colourway.

Brunswick comes from Archive IV The Collector.

The fabric is 140 cm wide and woven in a linen blend. At 75 000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it handles upholstery in a home setting with a good margin.

Brunswick is at its best in living rooms and bedrooms. The look carries a classic poise, a closeness to nature and timelessness, on a medium-light ground. Mix with plain fabrics for balance, and place the pattern where it will be seen.

A sample costs 50 kr and tells you more than any screen. You are welcome to visit the showroom on Sturegatan if you would like to see the whole collection.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0536/4586/9248/products/Morris-Co-Tyg-Brunswick-Teal-236516.jpg?v=1627472708
