In the Farnaz collection from Nina Campbell we find Karabali, a versatile linen fabric with strong character. The design draws its inspiration from Ottoman garden culture, where Persian influences meet structured lines. The geometric damask recalls antique patterned ceramics and Persian rugs, with broken motifs giving a beautifully aged, patinated feel. The motif is printed on a fine herringbone ground in one hundred per cent linen, creating a soft, lively look in the room.

This fabric is both aesthetically appealing and practical. With a width of 127 centimetres, a pattern repeat of 58 centimetres and a weight of 264 grams per square metre, it drapes beautifully as curtains or decorative cushions. With a durability of 20 000 Martindale, Karabali also withstands upholstery, making it an excellent choice for upholstered chairs and smaller armchairs. The fabric is made in India and is available in four sophisticated colourways: Teal/Russet/Ochre, Jade/Amethyst/Amber, Ochre/Eucalyptus and Blue/Green.
