With the Barcelona Dresser, Jonathan Charles presents a chest of drawers that breathes classicism, craftsmanship and well-judged proportion. It belongs to the Barcelona collection, firmly rooted in Spanish elegance with southern European warmth. Here, warm woods and hand-patinated surfaces meet in a design inspired by Mediterranean classicism, and the Barcelona Dresser carries that entire aesthetic forward in its own characterful interpretation. This is cabinetmaking in its most luxuriously traditional form — designed and crafted using methods that have barely changed in a hundred years. At home, the Barcelona Dresser works as a statement chest of drawers in the bedroom, hallway or dressing room. Its proportions are balanced so the piece holds its own without taking over — exactly the balance Jonathan Charles is known for. Styling tip: Let the handles take centre stage — they are a big part of its character. A piece that speaks Swedish as fluently as English — and gives the room the kind of weight only fine craftsmanship can.
