In Nina Campbell's atmospheric Coromandel collection we find Calypso, a sophisticated weave in which a small-scale dot pattern creates a soft, shifting ombré effect across the full width of the fabric. The texture and rhythmic character give the surface a lively, harmonious depth inspired by Afro-Caribbean rhythms. The considered composition of 85 per cent cotton and 15 per cent polyester gives the fabric a pleasant, natural feel combined with good durability and a very beautiful drape.

Thanks to its fine quality, Calypso is suitable for upholstery and ideal for re-covering neat armchairs as well as dining chairs. Its structure and softness also make it an excellent choice for made to measure curtains or decorative cushions that tie together the colour scheme of a room. With a width of 134 cm and a vertical pattern repeat of 30 cm, it creates a balanced visual effect. Calypso is offered in the deep colourways Indigo and Blue, two blue tones that add a subtle yet elegant note to the home.
