The Mahogany Round Poker Table from Jonathan Charles is a games table that carries all the finest qualities of the British cabinetmaking tradition. It belongs to the Buckingham collection, which is firmly rooted in royal English tradition. Here, mahogany with hand-carved details and veneer work comes together in a design inspired by British stately homes, and the Mahogany Round Poker Table carries that whole aesthetic forward in its own characterful interpretation. Jonathan Charles is known for its English craft heritage, where hand-carved details, classic veneer work and several layers of hand-applied finish lift every piece into something that lives well beyond passing trends. At home, the Mahogany Round Poker Table serves as a gathering point for chess, backgammon and bridge in the library, living room or games corner. Its proportions are judged so that the piece holds its own without taking over — exactly the balance Jonathan Charles is known for. Styling tip: Complete with two or four chairs and a classic games set in lacquered wood or leather. A piece to live with for a long time, where every detail carries its part of the story.
