In the Charlton collection, Nina Campbell presents Alfriston, a sophisticated plain textile with a subtle texture. The weave combines threads in contrasting colours to create a deep, two-tone effect that brings life and character to the surface without reading as patterned. With a harmonious blend of 65 % wool together with viscose and polyester, the fabric has a soft hand and a beautiful drape that adds a warm, inviting atmosphere to the room.

Thanks to very high durability, with a Martindale rating of 85 000, Alfriston withstands upholstery on frequently used sofas and armchairs, while also being ideal for heavy curtains and decorative cushions. The fabric is 139 cm wide and has no pattern repeat, making it both flexible and easy to work with when making up and upholstering.

Alfriston comes in several well-judged colourways, including harmonious Grey/Chocolate, muted Green/Chocolate, elegant Red/Taupe and Turquoise/Choc. The two-tone variations make the fabric easy to weave into different settings where a timeless sense of craftsmanship and understated luxury is sought.
