The Axis wall light comes from Kelly Wearstler's collaboration with Visual Comfort & Co. A wall light lifts the light up from floor level and creates shadow and depth. Used in pairs — around a mirror, a painting, a bed — the effect is calmer than overhead lighting.
The Axis wall light is available in 3 finishes — Polished Nickel, Antique-Burnished Brass and Bronze. The finish matters more than you might think: polished nickel gives a cooler light than brushed brass. The materials are nickel & chrome.
It measures 25.4 cm wide and 7.6 cm high. It weighs 1.4 kg — worth checking against the ceiling fixing before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. Its slim width means it takes up little space, which is an advantage in corridors and around mirrors.
The fitting works particularly well in living rooms, hallways and bedrooms. Its form draws on a modern design language. The bulb is not included. We recommend dimmable and warm white, about 2700 K, so that the metal of the fitting shows at its best.
