The velvet Béjart, from Nina Campbell's Poquelin collection, combines classic elegance with a modern, tactile look. The surface is permanently embossed with a fine texture that gives the otherwise plain fabric a subtle depth and lets the light fall beautifully across it. The weave, made in Italy in a balanced quality of viscose, cotton and polyester, has a soft, supple feel that brings a discreet sense of luxury to the interior.

With an outstanding abrasion resistance of 100,000 Martindale, Béjart is an ideal choice for upholstery that must withstand daily use without compromising on the aesthetic finish. The fabric's lovely weight and a width of 136 centimetres also make it just as suitable for heavy, elegant curtain lengths as for decorative cushions. As the fabric is unpatterned, it creates a harmonious, seamless feel in the room.

The collection includes four sophisticated colourways: the muted Oyster, the warm Gold, the deep Green and the classic China Blue. The palette makes it easy to combine the fabric with other textiles and to bring both character and balance to the home.
