With Bowline Shelter UK Super King Bed, Jonathan Charles presents a bed that breathes classicism, craftsmanship and well-judged proportion. It belongs to the JC Modern - Water collection, which is firmly rooted in flowing organic forms. Here, smooth surfaces and soft curves come together in a design inspired by the movement of water, and Bowline Shelter UK Super King Bed carries that whole aesthetic forward in its own characterful interpretation. This is cabinetmaking in its most luxuriously traditional form — designed and crafted using methods that have barely changed in a hundred years. At home, Bowline Shelter UK Super King Bed serves as the bedroom's steady anchor in the master bedroom or guest suite. Its proportions are judged so that the piece holds its own without taking over — exactly the balance Jonathan Charles is known for. Styling tip: Pair with a soft rug beneath the foot of the bed and dramatic drapery to heighten the room's elegance. A piece that speaks Swedish as fluently as English — and gives the room the kind of weight only fine craftsmanship can.
