The Clayton wall light is designed by AERIN for Visual Comfort & Co. Wall lights work with a room's depth rather than its ambient light. A pair flanking a mirror or a bed gives a softer light than a single point in the ceiling.
The finish is Crystal. The materials are brass and glass.
It measures 13.3 cm wide and 31.8 cm high. It weighs 2.7 kg — worth checking against the mounting point before installation. Delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks. Its slim width means it takes up little space, which is an advantage in corridors and around mirrors.
We recommend the Clayton wall light for the hallway, bedroom and living room. Stylistically, it sits close to classic design and a modern idiom. We recommend a dimmable bulb with a warm colour temperature, around 2700 K. That is where brass and nickel show their tones at their best.
At Visual Comfort & Co. the finishes are applied by hand, which means no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Small variations in the surface are intentional and part of the character. AERIN is one of the designers the house works with.
