Gilbert Stripe from Colefax & Fowler is a sophisticated striped textile that unites classic elegance with a wonderfully tactile feel. Part of the Sandford collection, the design is characterised by raised stripes where soft chenille and textured yarns meet. The result is a fabric with subtle depth and a lively surface that adds both warmth and character to the room without taking over.

Thanks to its suppleness and fine quality, Gilbert Stripe works beautifully for upholstered furniture as well as elegant curtains and scatter cushions. Used for drapes, the fabric falls beautifully and gives the room structure, while on an armchair or sofa it creates an inviting, timeless seat.
