The patterned velvet Jamu Jungle from Italy's Dedar brings to mind the graphic rigour of Cubism and the sophisticated speakeasies of the 1920s. The irregular labyrinth creates an archaic pattern with a strong visual identity, where architectural structure and rhythmic movement meet in a harmonious composition. The lustrous jacquard weave of the velvet gives the design a natural depth and turns the surface into a living work of textile art. Depending on the colourway chosen, the fabric leans either towards wild animal hides in muted natural tones or towards exuberant tropical plumage in more expressive, vivid colours.

Its soft handle and hard-wearing velvet quality make Jamu Jungle a versatile choice for both exclusive upholstery and heavy, elegant curtain lengths. When the fabric is draped or covers a piece of furniture, the jacquard weave catches the light of the room in a sublime way, giving the interior marked character and timeless elegance. Dedar's masterful design work from Milan shows in every detail, where the blend of viscose and cotton gives the fabric a wonderful drape and an unbeatable texture. The intricate pattern adds an intriguing dynamic that lifts both modern and classic settings with its unique presence.
