Kupka från Nobilis kollektion Boudoir är en djärv och kontrastrik sammet vars texturerade former för tankarna till det tidiga 1900-talets nonfigurativa måleri — abstrakta fält som möts och bryts likt ett landskap sett genom en konstnärs ögon. Spelet mellan bouclégarnets matta ytor och sammetsluggens glans får hela ytan att resonera: mönstret framträder olika beroende på ljus och betraktningsvinkel.
