Behind the Limoges Large Pendant is Suzanne Kasler, a designer for Visual Comfort & Co. A ceiling light sets the level of light in a room and is also the first thing you notice. Hung over a table, its lower edge should sit 60–70 cm above the top.
The finish is Natural Rust With Plaster White Shade. The material is ceramic.
The width is 41.9 cm. It weighs 2.7 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mounting before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. The size is balanced for standard ceiling heights and works over most dining tables without dominating.
The Limoges Large Pendant is at its best in dining rooms, kitchens and living rooms. Its expression leans towards classic design. Choose a warm white light source of around 2700 K and ideally add a dimmer — the lighting needs to adapt between day and evening.
Visual Comfort & Co. works with invited designers rather than an in-house studio. That is why the range spans everything from restrained neoclassical to overtly decorative — each series bears the signature of its creator. Suzanne Kasler is one of the designers the house works with.
Lighting is hard to judge from a photograph. You are welcome to visit our showroom on Sturegatan 20 and see the fixture switched on.
