The pattern of the Lontano Lontano jacquard takes its aesthetic from traditional Japanese obi sashes, where floating clouds form an atmospheric, dreamlike composition. Here the Italian textile house Dedar from Milan has combined four different weaving techniques on a dense, elegant satin ground, giving the weave an outstanding depth and a sophisticated interplay between lustrous and matt areas.
