Lychnis from Italian house Dedar is a sheer curtain weave that unites craftsmanship with a subtle, glimmering expression. The Milanese textile designer has created a highly elegant textured surface in which a rare leno weave meets reflective metallic threads. The result recalls antique gold, where time has allowed a muted patina to settle over the natural sheen of the metal. The surface feels lively and changeable as daylight filters into the room. The double-sided character of the weave offers two different shades, one warmer and one cooler, giving an intriguing flexibility when making curtains to measure.
