In Lytton from Colefax & Fowler, the modesty of the classic linen stripe meets skilful embroidery. The design is based on a traditional ticking stripe in which every other section is adorned with fine chain stitch in a geometric lattice. This discreet yet elegant detail gives the textile's surface extra depth and raised texture, making Lytton a sophisticated addition to both classic and modern settings.

The Chilgrove collection celebrates Britain's textile heritage, and Lytton shows this clearly through the natural texture and beautiful drape of its linen. The fabric is particularly well suited to bespoke curtains that fall softly to the floor, and it also gives decorative cushions a distinctive, well-crafted look.
