The Melange pendant comes from Kelly Wearstler's collaboration with Visual Comfort & Co. A ceiling light carries the room's main light and doubles as a focal point. Over a dining table, allow 60–70 cm between the tabletop and the lower edge of the fitting.
The Melange pendant comes in 6 finishes — Polished Nickel With Alabaster Shade, Antique-Burnished Brass With Alabaster Shade and Bronze With Alabaster Shade, among others. The finish matters more than you might think: polished nickel gives a cooler light than brushed brass. The materials are nickel & chrome and marble.
It measures 15.9 cm in width and 73.7 cm in height. It weighs 7.3 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mount before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. Its neat size makes it well suited to grouping — several hung in a row over a kitchen island or a longer table.
The fitting works particularly well in kitchens and dining rooms. The bulb is not included. We recommend a dimmable, warm white bulb of around 2700 K to bring out the fitting's metal at its best.
