Roxton from Jane Churchill is part of the Wildwood collection and takes its artistic inspiration from the rich world of pattern that characterises antique Persian rugs. In the detailed design, stylised animals such as graceful deer and peacocks are woven together with delicate floral arrangements, trailing foliage and finely tuned geometric borders. The result is a genuinely narrative cotton fabric in which the drawing has been rendered with a light, brush-painted feel, giving the textile a lively, charming look without becoming too dominant in the room.

This versatile fabric is just as suited to full curtain arrangements as to upholstery and decorative cushions in homes where a personal atmosphere is wanted.
