The Italian textile house Dedar creates textiles in which craftsmanship, texture and sophisticated aesthetics meet in harmonious balance. The Saxophone upholstery fabric is an excellent example of this, made in Milan with a clear visual character that highlights the woven-in chevron pattern. The weave, built on fine Australian virgin wool combined with soft cotton fibres, gives a subtly tactile surface with a distinctly tailored, classic feel. The V-shaped movement of the pattern adds discreet depth to the furniture without ever taking over the rest of the room.
