The Turlington wall light is the work of Thomas O'Brien, who designs for Visual Comfort & Co. Wall lights work with a room's depth rather than its main light. A pair flanking a mirror or a bed gives a softer light than a single point in the ceiling.
The finish is Bronze And Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass With Bronze Shade. The material is brass.
It measures 22.2 cm in width and 76.2 cm in height. It weighs 2.3 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mount before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. Its slim width means it takes up little space, which is an advantage in corridors and around mirrors.
The Turlington wall light comes into its own in hallways, bedrooms and living rooms. Choose a warm white bulb of around 2700 K and ideally add a dimmer — the lighting needs to adapt between day and evening.
Lighting is hard to judge from a photo. You are welcome to visit our showroom at Sturegatan 20 and see the fitting switched on.
