Romilly from Colefax & Fowler is an exceptionally stylish small-patterned fabric in which a classic diamond pattern meets sophisticated craftsmanship. The design draws inspiration from the elegant detail of the 18th century and creates an understated yet confident feel in the room. The pile of the wonderfully soft cotton velvet rests on a crisp cotton sateen ground, where subtle looped details give the surface beautiful depth and a fine play of light.

With its fine balance between elegance and quality, the fabric is ideal for heavy, beautifully draping curtains as well as for re-upholstering furniture. The tactile, small-scale pattern looks just as wonderful on a larger sofa as on a cosy armchair or elegant cushions.
