Circles bench – gilded iron is a bench that captures Jonathan Charles's signature style: antique-inspired, handbuilt and made to be passed down through generations. It belongs to the JC Modern - Luxe collection, firmly rooted in understated luxury and contemporary elegance. Here, matt finishes, polished surfaces and metal accents come together in a design inspired by modern city apartments, and Circles bench – gilded iron carries that whole aesthetic forward in its own characterful interpretation. Every Jonathan Charles piece passes through the hands of specialist craftspeople — the joiner, the cabinetmaker, the marquetry artisan and the master finisher — before it is ready to leave the workshop. At home, Circles bench – gilded iron works as a decorative seat in the hallway, at the foot of the bed or in the dining room. The proportions are carefully judged so the piece holds its own without taking over — exactly the balance Jonathan Charles is known for. Styling tip: Place it beneath a mirror or artwork for a complete entrance vignette. A choice that rewards a careful eye — the longer you live with the piece, the more you discover.
