A straight pattern match keeps making up uncomplicated. Coletta comes in 4 colourways — Aqua, Pink, Red and Yellow. The difference between them is greater than you might think — the same pattern can give you either a muted room or a light one.

Coletta is part of the Canya collection from Jane Churchill.

The fabric is 138 cm wide and woven in 100% cotton. At 25 000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it comfortably withstands upholstery use in the home.

The look carries closeness to nature, romantic softness and a classic poise, with a medium-light base tone. Large-scale motifs are shown to best advantage on curtains and larger surfaces, less so on cushions and details.

The palette is dominated by green, medium-light and clear in tone with a warm undertone. Keep the other textiles in the room at the same temperature, and the whole scheme holds together.
