The fabric is 140 cm wide and woven in 100% cotton. At 45 000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it handles upholstery in the home with room to spare.

The look combines a classic poise, elegance and sophisticated restraint, with a dark base tone. Mix with plain fabrics for balance, and let the pattern sit where it will be seen.

The palette is dominated by green — dark and deep in tone, with a cool undertone. That decides what it works with: a cool undertone wants cool neighbours, a warm one sits happily with wood and brass.
