Behind Strada Medium Round Chandelier is Kelly Wearstler, designer for Visual Comfort & Co. A ceiling light sets the room's light level and is also the first thing you notice. Hung over a table, its lower edge should sit 60–70 cm above the top.
The fitting is available in 2 finishes — Gild and Aged Iron. Consider matching it to the other metals in the room. The material is brass.
The dimensions are 71.1 cm wide and 71.8 cm high. It weighs 13 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mount before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. This is a fitting in the larger format. Over a dining table, the width should ideally be around half the tabletop, so this one suits tables from about 140 cm upwards.
Strada Medium Round Chandelier is at its best in the living room and dining room. Choose a warm white bulb around 2700 K and ideally connect a dimmer — the lighting needs to adjust between day and evening.
Lighting is hard to judge from a picture. Do visit the showroom at Sturegatan 20 and see the fitting lit.
